Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment before 12pm, orders will be processed within 48 hours anywhere in South Africa.
Delivery Charges
Delivery Charges are calculated according to the number of items purchased, the area of delivery and whether the item is delivered to your door or nearest post office counter. Charges are as follows:
Durban to your door:
1 item: R45.00
2 items: R40.00
3 or more items: R35.00
All other areas to your door:
1 item: R60.00
2 items: R55.00
3 or more items R50.00
All areas to your nearest post office counter (3 - 5 day delivery)
1 or more items: R35.00
To be collected (from Durban) - No Charge.
You will be contacted by www.twinkletoes.co.za to arrange for collection of items purchased.
Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Twinkle Toes (Under the online domain www.twinkletoes.co.za) is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Twinkle Toes will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation
of orders by the client will attract a 25 % administration fee if the delivery procedure has already been started by Twinkle Toes.
Customer privacy policy
Twinkle Toes shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from: http://www.polity.org.za/html/govdocs/legislation/2000/act2.pdf. Personal information stored by My Baby Boutique CC will not be sold or distributed to any other party. Credit card details are not processed on Twinkle Toes server and therefore not stored by Twinkle Toes.
Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa or Master Card credit cards or by bank transfer into the Twinkle Toes bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Twinkle Toes by MyGate who are the approved payment gateway for Twinkle Toes. MyGate use SSL3 and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.mygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Twinkle Toes, however; credit card details are not stored in Twinkle Toes database. These details are sent directly to MyGate who is an online merchant and provides the details to the bank for processing. For more details on MyGate refer to www.mygate.co.za
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).
Responsibility
Twinkle Toes takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa.
Variation
Twinkle Toes may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
