Delivery generally takes between 24 hrs and 7 working days from date of payment confirmation and taking into consideration the availability of stock and region of delivery.
This item is in-stock and will be dispatched the same day, to be received the next working day if ordered before 12h00 Monday to Friday. This includes any destination within a 50km radius of the following cities; Pretoria, Johannesburg, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, George, Port Elizabeth, East London, Durban and Nelspruit. If you live outside of these centre’s you can normally expect in-stock items delivered within 2 to 3 business days.
We will process your order as quickly as possible. If an order is placed on Friday, the weekend or a public holiday, you will receive it the following business day.
Delivery Methods
Twinkle Toes uses the services of the South African Post Office as well as Speed Courier Services and we can ship to any physical address within South Africa.
Pricing
All our shipping rates are calculated according to the total weight of your parcel and destination of delivery. Pricing starts from as little as R 29.00
Undeliverable Packages / Double Delivery
Should any of the following situations arise…
• Incorrect delivery address received from customer.
• No one is available to receive your parcel.
The parcels will be returned to our offices, and we will then contact you to arrange a re-scheduled delivery.
Note that you will be charged your delivery fee again. This is because Twinkle Toes out sources all deliveries and therefore will be charged for each and every delivery, this delivery cost is then passed onto you. Please ensure that you give the correct delivery details on your order and ensure someone responsible is there to sign and receive your order.
Twinkle Toes will not be held responsible whatsoever should parcels be signed for at the delivery address provided.
Extended Delivery Times
If there is a product that requires an extended delivery time, we will phone to notify you. Items with extended delivery times are shipped as soon as they become available from the manufacturer with your approval.
